Q. Is it required to register as a member to purchase products?

A. No, You can purchase directly without registering as a member.

You can purchase immediately after adding the desired product to the shopping cart.

 

Q. If I cancel the order, will it be processed immediately?

A. Orders can only be canceled if they are in the "waiting for payment" or "payment completed" status. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If the product has already been shipped, the cancellation process can only take place upon receipt of the product.

※ If the order is canceled due to the buyer's reason, the buyer is responsible for the return cost.

 

Q. Why don't the figurines exactly match the picture?

A. The color of the product may differ slightly from the screen image due to variations in color settings. 

While we strive to create pieces that are as close to identical as possible, the 100% handcrafted nature of our products means that exact matches cannot be guaranteed. This is especially true for figurines with artistic themes, as they are painted randomly, resulting in variations between individual pieces. As a result, it is not possible for each figurine to have an exact identical appearance.
